Bradford Baker
Bradford grew up farming on the Blackfeet Nation in Montana and the Yakama Nation in Washington State. He grew up in extreme poverty (being homeless with his family throughout middle school) and was the first person in his family to attend college. His academic research focuses on behavioral ethics, specifically unethical behavior in highly ethical contexts (e.g., non-profits, NGOs, etc.) and unethical behavior intended to help others. He is personally motivated by the idea that business is a powerful tool for addressing inequality and promoting social justice.
