Wayne J. Book (M-’74, F-95) received his BSME from the U. Texas Austin, ’69 and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from M.I.T., Cambridge, MA, ’74. He is the HUSCO/Ramirez Distinguished Professor Emeritus and a fellow of IEEE, ASME and SME.  He has served as Senior Technical Editor of the ASME J.
